what’s included
Customized Training Program
I will tailor an exercise program to specifically meet your needs. As we progress I will use the feedback you give me to adjust your programming so that you are constantly improving.
Weekly video calls
A key component of this program is the weekly video call - up to 60 minutes in duration. This allows me to get detailed feedback from you and better understand how to coach and guide you through your journey. We're going to get to know each other well.
Nutrition Coaching
Depending on your goals and what you are struggling with I will offer different guidance with nutrition. From fully customized meal plans with all macro nutrients calculated to simple small dietary habit changes - the approach I take varies depending on your need.
interactive app for tracking
Everything will be run through a fitness app called Trainerize. Some of the features include: live workout tracking, meal plans, video demonstrations, weekly calendar, goals & habits tracking. Everything is centralized in one please and it's very easy to use.

One of the main challenges with online training is that I can’t be there with you in person to make sure your form is on point. The video demonstrations provided help to overcome this obstacle and provide you with detailed instruction on how you should be performing each movement.
Coaching Application
I'm only interested in working with people who are seriously ready to change and improve themselves.
If this is you, I will give you absolutely everything I have to get you to your goals.
This is a small and exclusive group. I only work with up to 5 people at a time.
No contracts, everything is monthly, continue until you reach your goals or you can't stand me.
I will drop you as a client if you don't put in the work to progress. I have no interest taking your money if you aren't improving.

A little back story
As someone who has experienced many injuries and a lot of physical dysfunction, I feel uniquely prepared to help my clients understand their bodies better and work through issues as they progress towards their goals. Whatever your goal is, I guarantee you will come across adversity. I'm here to use my experience and knowledge to guide you through this adversity and get where you want to go!
There's a million trainers out there, so you should be asking yourself "Why Matt?" Two reasons. One, I genuinely care about you and your results. Two, I never stop learning. When it comes to fitness I am a mad scientist of sorts with a lifelong obsession of understanding the human body. I'm always reading studies, experimenting on myself, pouring over client feedback, meditating on the mental hurdles of a fitness journey. Ultimately, it molds me into the best trainer I can be to serve others.
